Innovation meets application at this year’s SHARE X conference on advanced architecture. On 23 November, the historic halls of the Università Iuav di Venezia, Palazzo Badoer will be the scene of the latest architectural innovations. On the 24th, the mood shifts to a more contemporary setting, with the M9 Museum in Mestre as host.
SHARE X conference will present real-world applications of both ongoing and completed research from advanced and groundbreaking architectural practices. It aims to not only showcase successful integrations of these innovative techniques into project design and construction, but also to stimulate dialogue, encourage collaborations, and promote the adoption of research-based design in contemporary architecture.
The conference will be chaired by Arch Luca Molinari, scientific director of the M9 Museum. It is organised by SHARE Architects Society in collaboration with the Ordine degli Architetti Pianificatori Paesaggisti e Conservatori Venezia, under the patronage of the Federazione Regionale Ordini Architetti PPC Veneto and the Fondazione Degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia Di Venezia.
The event is designed to highlight the seamless integration of advanced research into architectural practice and the tangible applications of architectural research. Among the key issues addressed are the practical applications of completed and ongoing architectural studies, as well as a look at the most anticipated projects of the future.
